David Kearney is Chief Executive Partner of Wotton + Kearney, which he co-founded in 2002 as the first Australian law firm with a sole focus on insurance. He has practised for more than 25 years in most classes of commercial insurance and leads W + K in the many successful partnering relationships the firm has with Asia Pacific  insurers. He has been ranked as the only Eminent Practitioner in insurance law in the region by Chambers Asia Pacific since 2016. The Legal 500 Asia Pacific also consistently rates him as a Leading Individual.
